they use our own research methods on ourselves to see where we need to improve.
Thoughtful, aware, present, and they try to authentically live the mission, purpose and values while doing the best design they can.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team does not have a clue - about anything. CEO is lost. Marketing is so far off course. People trying to run the business are just long time employees who have never run a business before. Everyone just sits around waiting for the phone to ring.
Transparency and expectations. I get hiring competent people but not telling them what you want and getting upset when you don't get it is foolish.
