What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open communication. A CEO was hired a couple of years back and he is making some positive changes
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Basic pay is fine and bonus is paid depending on whether the company/ department/ team made their numbers. Bonus is a % of your base salary and is paid every quarter. Average 1% per quarter
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very collaborative and hard working

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything seems to be ok, but for such a small company (110 employees as of today), they are very strict about letting people go.

2 years back until 2016 they had the 3 owners managing the show. Later they hired a CEO . Its been going well.
