IMEG works to continually provide annual raises as well as contributes to an ESOP, and investment which grows as the company grows and excels.

My immediate leadership team has taken the time to develop personal relationships with other members of the team and created a fun, collaborative place to work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We spend a lot of time together, but we have fun together and genuinely enjoy each other's company. We know each other really well and know bits and pieces of each other's personal lives.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We know that we are all collectively busy and working hard, but we all know that we're working towards a common goal; to make the company successful which, in turn, will make each one of us individually successful.
