What did you like most about the interview process?
I thought the people were nice, thoughtful and caring, which is why I accepted the job but that lasted until the 1st day on the job and then my boss was passive aggressive right away.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There's no real thought leadership. Where's the messaging that shows that Impetus is a step ahead of all the others in our space? It doesn't exist, so we compete with a couple of barely interesting pieces of IP and a whole lot of programers. Also, stop pushing your food on non-Indians. It gets old!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop with all the Zen-like therapeutic group sessions. No one wants to stare at their coworker for 5 minutes or have the battle of whits to get to a point. You think it comes off as positive but it's absolutely passive-aggressive, abusive and harmful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
401k needs a $ for $ match, premiums for the employee need to be 100% covered by the company.
