It is very positive and the huddles embrace positivity.

Getting task accomplished gives me a since of accomplishment.

They assist in questions and really spend the time to train instead of most companies where they just leave you to figure it out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I wish I could participate in the workout part but i would have to be in Utah. I love the insurance package and 401K option.
