I like that my team lead knows every answer to every question and that she is always available for me. From the team in general, I love how everyone is welcoming and are happy in the job.

I love that they are close to the employees. I love that we have meetings to set goals and have everyone be in the same page. I love how the CEO and COO are approachable and teach you personal development strategies that will also impact my work.
