What are some of the best things about your team?
There's no cliques! Incite is the first place i've worked where new hires don't feel isolated and everyone's friendly 24/7.
What makes you most happy at work?
My co-workers mostly - but I do really enjoy the work! I like reaching out to the customers and getting their views on our company after the merger.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The 3.3 rule for sure. I appreciate being able to take time to properly reboot my brain instead of having to scarf down my lunch in 30 minutes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My favorite thing about working for Incite is that I feel like I'm viewed as a person instead of a cog in the machine. The higher ups take the time to remember who you are and even join in on meetings that are technically under their level so they're involved in every department.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My only complaint is that we're all compensated differently for doing the same jobs - and while I wouldn't say I'm undervalued - the pay I receive unfortunately isn't a living wage for the state I'm in. I would suggest either paying all the admin a starting wage for 25.02 or giving us OT pay.
