What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My only note is finding a way to update the clients more during tax season, many complaints about not hearing anything about their taxes after documents are submitted.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In our company we take time to train not just on the skills for the work but also on the skills needed to communicate with coworkers and create an open flow of conversation where you can bounce ideas without fear of harsh criticism even when talking to employees of a higher position in the company.
