Even though I'm in a role that's kind of my own (or one of the two), I still feel like I have room to grow in the future. Everyone here is so friendly and I don't feel silly for asking a stupid question from time to time.

That I get to do what I love every day.

They seem to make decisions that are best for the company.

I feel like everyone can come as they are. I've always felt our environment as friendly and inviting.

I like the general sense of humor of our company when we're chatting before All-hands. Everyone is very welcoming.

That I'm doing what I love with teammates that are fun to work with and enjoy what they're doing.

We're in it to win it. Also, I like that we have social gatherings on Zoom once a month to play a game and hangout.

People care about you as an individual and want to know how things are going and sometimes take a few minutes to chat about life, etc.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are multiple things I love about our benefits, but especially unlimited PTO (within reason) has been really nice. It's one less thing to worry about when I don't have to keep track of vacation days, sick days, etc. (thank you!!).
