I have been waiting for a company like Indico. I have had a companies in the past where something was always missing and I genuinely have it all here. I could't be happier with the people, product, respect, work life balance, support, authenticity. I don't see myself ever leaving.

This is tbe best comoany, bg far, i have ever been a part of. Indico understands that if you pour into yojr employeed, they will pour into the company

Candid feedback. Its not a trap, they actually care and want to know.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Uncapped commission structure and the potential to make more. Also now getting a percentage of deals closed is pretty cool

The opportunity to exceed above and beyond quota if I want to. The harder you work, the more you will be rewarded and thats all you can ask for
What are some of the best things about your team?
Constantly sharing. When something works for tbe team i will know about it. And i will be given a template/ messaging that worked so i can do it myself. Nothing is keps secret
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team really invests in you. I feel supported, and heard. They have an understanding that everyone learns/ onboards differently and are there to met you where you are. I feel very lucky.
What makes you most happy at work?
Discovering something new about an account that can help the compant, as well as booking meetings with top executives at target accounts because i know we got good intel and have an in with a company. SO EXCITING
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone can be themselves. I have worked in previous environment where you have to be so polished all the time and for certain people its exhausting. At Indico, if you work hard, and continue to be yourself, you will be fully supported and appreciated.

The all hands on deck attitode, along wirh the fact that we, as a company, never sacrifice our morals. We are always ubited in the fox hole together abd make aure to nevee stoop to anyones level. We hold the standard ! Its so important

Everyone takes on my goals as their own. My colleagues will check in with me, add me to meetings that will help me reach my goals within Indico. I feel everyone is so down to earth, and genuinely wants to get to know you as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am in sales, and there are instances where people are selling a product they don't believe in, or they are apart of a culture and work with people they don't look up to, I have both of these. Indico's platform is changing the game within the industry, and the people here are those I look up to
