I love my company and those I work with but the pay needs to be better
A year ago, Ingredion was a great place to work. Not anymore. There is a lack of good organizational culture, rational objetive setting and empathy and respect for its employees.
Great people, managers and place but the amount of workload is crazy.
Run away fast, looks good on the outside
Treat eveyobe eqyaly and respect everyones right
