What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is excellent, very cooperative & committed to run the company in right direction. I feel proud of the current leadership team.

Listen to the whole employees
Leadership skills. Respecting human rights

the pay is fair, equitable and transparent
Paid fairly and aligned with market. Flexible work policy is fair.
salary is good compared to other companies

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Equal benefits, time off compensation and somebody that actually knows how to do payroll instead of always messing up operators checks

They are willing to change and do better.
When they let you do your job it's so much easier
They rely on each other to get the job the done.
Focused and inclusive toward all ideas
I have a dedicated team and all are quite cooperative

Leadership change with people leaders
Treat eveyobe eqyaly and respect everyones right
There is a clear lack of understanding of long term objectives, no idea of how to capitalize on the internal talent. Unrealistic goals. Humiliating treatment to employees by senior leaders and HR.
Higher more within. If a person is not qualified offered what could help in the long run.

Keep me informed, fair quick,

Company provides friendly environment during interviews
They call me to give offer me the job right after the second interview so I could have a better weekend
They have feedback but I was too disappointed in the outcome

Energy, the innovative solutions we make and spending time with caring people
That everyone is very genuine and you can be yourself

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The labor culture is toxic. Everybody fears being laid off. Even high potential, star employees have been laid off, no one is sure.
