Mr. Frank Arena serves as Senior Vice President of Established Relationship Sales and Commercial Operations at PDI Inc. Mr. Arena served as Senior Vice President of Shared Sales and Commercial Operations at PDI Inc. He served as Senior Vice President of Sales Operations at PDI Inc. and also served as its Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations since June 3, 2010. He was responsible for integrating the operations of PDI Inc. 's promotional outsource services, including pharmaceutical sales teams, medical communication programs and its teledetailing/contact center, PDI Voice. He joined PDI in June 2010 after spending 36 years at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Company and its predecessor, Ciba-Geigy. Mr. Arena served as Vice President and Head of Sales Center of Excellence at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation and also served as its Vice President of Field Analysis, Training, and Sales Operations. In these assignments, he led key functions that supported the field organization in addressing the needs of Novartis customers, advancing the skills and competencies of field associates, and driving sales results. In addition, he led many strategic initiatives and projects impacting the sales organization and served on the Senior Sales Leadership Committee for many years. While at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation, Mr. Arena also served in other leadership roles in the sales organization, including Vice President of sales and General Manager. Prior to the formation of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation in 1997, he worked in roles with increasing responsibility for one of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation' predecessor companies, Ciba Pharmaceuticals, including Sales Representative, District Sales Manager, Product Director, Regional Sales Director, Executive Director--specialty sales division, and Area Vice President. Mr. Arena holds Masters Degree in Public Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairfield University.

Jim Early serves as the CFO of Interpace Diagnostics. Jim started at Interpace Diagnostics in March of 2018. Jim currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.
