What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
White lies about how the membership actually works so everyone ends up wanting to sue. High turnover with the employees because they only care about making money.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Caring for clients and emoloyees instead of trying to train them into robots so you can make more money. This company will continue to go down with such high turnover.
