Overall, I enjoy working with the people in my team and outside of my team, I like the work because it's busy but manageable, I like the company's services to its clients, and I love the free food.

Most seem approachable and are friendly. I do enjoy hanging out with them and other coworkers after-hours.

I am surrounded be people who I can carry good conversations with about work and about life outside of work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because my team isn't as celebrated as much as I think it should. I would feel better if we were offered bonuses

I am happy when people around me are happy, and when there are things to look forward to at work. I am also happy when people approach me to have a good conversation about work or life outside of work.
