Valuing employees and focusing on a united vision. Creating a culture that promotes collaboration and mutual respect instead of fear and political agendas.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Generous salary and bonus structure for top talent
Since the medical insurance and 401k situation appears to still be in flux, my salary is the best part.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Many of us are salary which means we're expected to work more than 8 hours apparently, it would be nice if the pay for the 8 hours reflected that.

I feel undervalued because my team isn't as celebrated as much as I think it should. I would feel better if we were offered bonuses
Benefits do not seem to be aligned with other companies in the same sector.
I feel some people are unfairly rewarded and it is contributing to a micro-manager culture. Roles should be better defined, feedback given more often, and expectations should be clear and measurable.

I don't feel undervalued, I AM undervalued. I came in knowing that my pay would be less than ideal, but hoped that in time, the company's growth would lead to good opportunities and an increase in compensation. The company has grown substantially, compensation has not.

Collaborative, dedicated, engaged, and always looking for solutions on how we can further our products and organization
We are a genuine family that wants to help each other best as we can. I believe this place is home to me.

The way the employees as "humans' are being treated, certain individuals get treated better than others because of their personal relationships with management.
