I've had a great time working here. In the short time I've been here everyone has been super friendly and I have learned a lot in the short time being here.

I fully understand the growing pains in relation to a startup and expanding, however, there needs to be more visible equality between genders and departments. This is an issue within any financial organization, but this is 2022. Nepotism, gender bias, and favoring departments is not normal anymore.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is my family. There's no looking back. We're always looking forward, striving big!
