What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team is immersive and constantly involved, giving praise when due. It's really refreshing!

What are some of the best things about your team?

I have managers that are clearly there for a reason and give a great, consistent effort. They always walk the walk without being forced.

What did you like most about the interview process?

There were 4 interviews in total, which I don't consider to be a deterrent. It shows they're on the hunt for the perfect fit and not hiring just anyone.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

As long as you're making a genuine effort and being proactive, you will be treated extremely well and as a crucial member of the team. Most relaxed work environment I have ever been in!

What makes you most happy at work?

I am most happy when I have managers that have my back, and knowing that the company truly cares about the work I do. Even receiving a simple compliment goes miles, and that has happened many times in my short tenure at Jackpot!

I really enjoy working at Jackpot. My co-workers are incredible and it's fast paced. I also get exposure to a lot of aspects of the business given the size of the company. Really excited to see where we go over the next few years!

The leaders are very transparent and value each person at the company. Also, they are open to feedback.

I've worked at Jackpot.com for 1.5 years. The experience has been amazing. It's a great place to learn and grow. But also expect to work hard as it's very much a startup environment/culture.
