My expectations at my specific store has overall been bad. The job itself is extremely fun and easy to get the hang of but management is probably one of the worst. Management at this store was extremely biased and I would never want to have anyone experience such a thing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to get better at communicating and understanding people. Not everyone works the same and if you’re unable to accommodate to everyone then maybe you should not be at such a high position at the stor
What did you like most about the interview process?
They took into consideration what I had been going through at the time and understood that when I applied I needed money when they accepted me and then accepted me on the spot so it was quick and easy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team of coworkers is one of the best i’ve had they all communicate very well and are always there when I need a hand I overall have no complaints towards them and would continue working with them if it wasn’t for managem
