This company is unique in that there is a healthy company culture fostered here. Nobody's perfect, but everyone tries to be their best. Its a startup, so everyone works hard to balance work and personal life, and co-workers get along well. I really like working here and am glad I found this company.

It was casual and more of a conversation than an intimidating firing squad
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its very fair and I am confident that as the company grows, our compensation will grow in parallel.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We make it a priority to spend time together outside of work as much as the pandemic allows
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are fair, reasonable and hard-working. I feel motivated every day to do my best to contribute to the teams efforts and I feel heard when I have input about my opinions about relevant matters in my department.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is swamped but they always make time for discussions and try their best to model how they want subordinates to perform. It's a unique environment (being a startup) with a lot of pressure and challenges, but the leadership team are extremely hardworking, and very approachable.
