I love the company, however at the Distribution level there are many management issues that are never addressed. This leads to high turnover. It is my experience that manages have the final say, without the employee able to defend any of their actions. I have witnessed first hand how standards

Hit and miss. Stands are not the same for everyone.

I like the incentive I am played for exceeding my standard.

We are a small team, but very effective. Some of us have been together 2 plus years.
