They are always looking for more ways for progression , leadership is fantastic
So far if you have a problem they listen and talk to you
My manager is hands on

Everything KEHE management stinks and that's not my opinion that's facts

Everything. They're the laziest leadership I've ever seen in my life. Don't enforce rules. Don't listen to feedback. Half of management doesn't even know their job & mistakes are made because of their wrongdoing then employees get blamed. All they care about is their paycheck.

I feel that u should honestly get paid more

Most places make way more and take out way less
Overworked and underpaid. Expected to go above and beyond for subpar treatment and pay

Leadership company needs people who have lead and management experience
We need a questioner about our leadership team , they need to do better on how they talk to us
Management valuing the rest of the employees too, not just the full case selectors

the process is good as normal , very on task highly recommend and communication level is on point

knowing im financially stable and im able to actually come in and work , appreciate the opportunity again
accomplishing a tedious task with zero rework needed.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management and employees steal products all the time by writing it off as damaged unsafe work environment physically and emotionally and mentally Management is always right HR always takes management word and looks down on employees some employees get away with everything if your not friends

We're about to lose Central market contract because no one can get it right. They should figure out how to get it right & managers should get more involved
Suppliers to the company vary in support and fulfillmrnt of products
Needs new management team in stockton ca, needs new HR team
Answers from before. Management accountability, coaching, presence on the docks, communication. Also we throw away thousands of dollars of product a day. that simply was destroyed due to inept drivers. Also no care for the Covid pandemic. No one wears masks, no sanitizer by the bathrooms.
