Everything. They're the laziest leadership I've ever seen in my life. Don't enforce rules. Don't listen to feedback. Half of management doesn't even know their job & mistakes are made because of their wrongdoing then employees get blamed. All they care about is their paycheck.

If corporate senior leadership were once stripped of there positions due to issues within the company then i expect DC senior leadership to be let go especially the senior managers of outbound and inbound and the director

We're about to lose Central market contract because no one can get it right. They should figure out how to get it right & managers should get more involved

Answers from before. Management accountability, coaching, presence on the docks, communication. Also we throw away thousands of dollars of product a day. that simply was destroyed due to inept drivers. Also no care for the Covid pandemic. No one wears masks, no sanitizer by the bathrooms.
