What do you like best about the leadership team?

The CEO is excellent, as is the head of sales and marketing.

They are always looking for more ways for progression , leadership is fantastic

So far if you have a problem they listen and talk to you

Everything. They're the laziest leadership I've ever seen in my life. Don't enforce rules. Don't listen to feedback. Half of management doesn't even know their job & mistakes are made because of their wrongdoing then employees get blamed. All they care about is their paycheck.
