My experience has been short, 1 year, but I have earned more than I have at any other company without a ton of stress. I also have felt from leadership and my team, that I am valued.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that they moved quickly and coached me through the process.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about the leadership team, is they are approachable. It always seems to be an open door policy in addition to they seem like the generally do care about each of us.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best piece of the compensation is that as long as we have jobs to fill, earnings are endless. There are tiers that increase as you make placements which I feel is a good rewarding challenge.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact I can be myself and have flexibility. I know as long as I am getting my work done, I am valued. It is also nice that we allow remote work and to wear jeans.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct team always wants to be the best version of themselves. It is nice to be surrounded by coworkers that all work hard and working towards the same things as you. Each of them have very different backgrounds and take the time to get to know you on a more personal level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the fact that we all do the DNA helps create an environment of like minded individuals. Also, in most staffing companies, you have a lot of folks that are just out of college or mostly women, however, at Kinetix we have all ages and almost 1/2 women and 1/2 men which makes for a balance.
