What is the best part about your compensation package?
A solid base with unlimited commission
I am on a salary plus bonus compensation structure. The salary is fair and I like that the bonus is based on performance.

I don't feel undervalued. I like our commission structure but would like a higher base pay.

Down-to-earth people, good questions, insightful about the culture, expectations, and work ethic

The people had done my position. Knew the ins and outs of what was required and played no holds barred about what to expect
The interviewers had a clear understanding of the company culture, and they expressed it well. I also liked that I had an opportunity to meet with the coaches and other decision makers.
