Kobie has great benefits and hires amazing people. They do a lot for their employees with work life balance - they offer unlimited vacation after a few years of working there, decent health care, offer remote work. However, they underpay and over work everyone, while having a micro manage-y culture

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Managerial and Director levels are very involved. They fight for you and want to see you win
