What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Better screening and Background checks.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Drug testing quarterly and better leadership. When you put profits above safety something is wrong.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

20+ years in the industry. Not so much the pay or compensation but the lack of leadership and respect.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Friendly nature atmosphere spread over the team

What did you like most about the interview process?

the quick and easy way it worked. Also, I was made to feel very welcome at the interview and KONE were very accommodating to my needs.
