Coworkers are fine managers are not

I was well prepared for the interview and it was quite easy to understand and answer to all the questions I got form my managers.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
communication. I applied for an office position and after 2 months, I have yet to receive any feedback from my 2 interviews

I was learning pretty fast about Kone way and adopted their life sicle pretty quickly. I was looking forward for a long term career in the company as I thought it was very international brand with multiple opportunities.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
By giving me a phone number to call instead of this survey
Drug testing quarterly and better leadership. When you put profits above safety something is wrong.
