Talked down to, low pay are bad. Respect and higher pay will offset lack of employees

Work and not be lazy. When the cashier crashes, please don't show everyone it goes to a command prompt. Hackers can exploit this.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A nap time would be nice, not during lunch hours. Maybe sell out dated items through the back door. Happy hour drinks on the company.
