People are so unkind to one another, backbiting, and the leadership encourages spying on one another and rewards this.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The bonus structure is a lie. They constantly set unrealistic goals so we no longer make bonuses as times are tough for the company
