Everything they lack proper knowledge and skills on how to lead
Room for creativity, busy but in a good way, not so stressful as to cause anxiety.
No compensation for sales associates.
For the most part it was good, minus a few things like pay and the "overtime" pay. I do not believe employees are treated as fairly as they should be. Especially closing stores down and only giving a week notice and no severance pay.
