Life Alert – I have been a customer for 10 years, because my phone company changed their system, Life Alert was no longer compatible. The rep tells me in order to help my mother, I have to upgrade for an addition cost. I said no, we cannot afford that. This was in July, it was canceled. You still took my money.

The job is commission only and there is constant pressure to get sales from poor leads that have been contacted several times before.

Response time and customer satisfaction as well as better product design for tody's active seniors
