Mediocre. Lack of real benefits push me away from the company. The work is not hard at all, but the medical benefits arent good enough. It doesnt matter how much im paid if i have to pay nearly half my check for the medical benefits. I dont know why they cant just absorb the costs.

My experience was great! This is me sign off.

The job is commission only and there is constant pressure to get sales from poor leads that have been contacted several times before.

High commission on all sales

If the benefits were good. A basic calsavers with no company contributions is why retention is low in this company. Unless I find out that pay stub increases are consistent, the benefits are bad for my check. If the med insurance had its costs absorbed or negotiated I would be okay

I like talking to my coworkers. Everyone is pretty friendly overall as long as you can initiate the conversation.

It would be better if they were not under constant pressure to make sales to people who don't want to buy

The company would generate more sales by focusing on higher quality leads, instead of having sales reps waste time on bad leads
