This company saved my life, and many people have told me the same. It was here when I needed it most, and I never want to leave because of the knowledge I've earned and the connections I've made. The only downside is there is no daycare, and I wan't one so I can still work here when I start a family

I've grown so much and made a lot of friends. I would work here all over again if I went back.

A regular pay/bonus structure that's remembered and praised when done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone cares about each other and wants to support one another
What makes you most happy at work?
The team. The freedom I have with my team and the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Unlike most companies, we get to see and hang out with our managers/executive team. They're so fun, and will listen to your ideas and help you grow personally and at work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's a lot of laughter. You can't hate what you're doing, or who you're doing it with if you are all having a good time. But even deeper than that, there's a lot of motivation, inspiration, feedback, and support!
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with and what I do. Our company is here to help others avoid payday and that dreadful debt cycle you get stuck in. We want to be there for people who have heard too many "no's" and give them a "yes!"
What did you like most about the interview process?
We want to help everyone feel comfortable and at ease because interviews can be very stressful, and our surf environment and chill dress code help with this. Also, you are taken on a tour of the office and everyone you meet is so friendly and welcoming!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have the most amazing mom who cooks lunch for us every day, and we constantly have snacks stocked. We also have a swag store we can purchase with points earned by hitting our goals! Swag includes: shirt, back packs, socks, air pods, vans, nikes, PTO, etc.!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I believe I have the dream team. We're cohesive, meaning we have each others backs, we're very communicative, but we know how to have fun in between our tasks. We're trying to "raise the average" and avoid settling. We want to be our best selves, and will use radical candor to improve each other.
