What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of the job is the relaxed culture. We deal in what can be high-stress situations but with the culture and environment, it reduces that stress and the customers are aware of that.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked how quick the turnaround was. After my initial phone interview, I was brought in for an in-office interview and received the job at the end, on the spot.
