What are some of the best things about your team?
We are friends and enjoy spending time together outside of work as well as at work. We also have a "Win together. Loose together" mentality that has cultivated trust.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work hard, but we also play hard. Everyone knows how to work hard to hit company goals so we reach insintives, but we also set time asside to serve as a company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was informed upfront that it would be a process. I liked that it started out as a low investment phone interview so we cpuld both get to know eachother and see if it was a good fit. Then i was invited in for a personal interview where i was able to meet management.
