I never expected to stay here as long as I have, but it has completely exceeded my expectations. I can see myself staying with the company long-term because of the way I am treated as an employee and because of the amazing people that I get to be around everyday. I feel very lucky to be here!

The people I am around are so motivating and make me want to be a better coworker and all around person.

They try to be as transparent as possible about what is going on in the company. They are always trying to be better and show me how I can do better.

They listen to feedback and want me to do well! I feel trusted to do the work that they need me to do, they don't hover over every little thing I do.

The process shows pretty accurately what it is like to work at the company. Interviewees should have a good idea of what they are getting into when they go through the interviewing process.

They try to be as transparent as they can, keeping everyone involved in decisions. They have the needs of the company and employees at heart and I always know that they are trying to make the best decisions.

The people are so great. Everyone is here because they want to be and that makes it a great place to be. I've never worked at a place where I love hanging out with my coworkers outside of work

There is a feeling here that is hard to describe, but you just feel good as soon as you walk in the doors. Everyone is always happy and friendly and there is a family feeling that can't be beat.

We don't settle for people that aren't willing to work as hard as us. Everyone here has the same goals and is working towards them to be successful as a team and a company. We all want each other to succeed.
