Every aspect about being at Tesani has been a positive one. I was able to get a job I was happy with. As time went on I was able to grow within my role and be apart of things that make me happy.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The entire process went very fast and I got to connect directly with the managers and then CEO.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Tesani contributes 90% towards medical benefits and they offer unlimited PTO which allows me to be with my family whenever needed.

Seeing my friends at the office and knowing that what I am doing that day is helping the company reach its goals.

We are all in it together because we care about each other and our job. We know how to have fun while meeting our goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are one big family. We have a chef that cooks lunch for us so we all get to eat together all the time. We all want to grow within our jobs as well as personally and we are helping each other to achieve that.
