What is the best part about your compensation package?
Mindy's cafe is amazing! We never have to worry about where or what to eat for lunch. We also get the opportunity for personal shoulder/neck massages while we work at our desk.

That I have received a raise. I feel that there are so many companies that cap you and you are never able to grow and work harder to earn more. Lift Credit encourages me to push myself. I also love that they have noticed the extra effort and help compensate.

There is a lot of trust and communication. Vulnerability is encouraged and it makes the team feel more connected.

We hire "People Like Us". We all have very similar values and morals, but each person brings something different to the table.

What did you like most about the interview process?
They did both a phone interview, and an in-person interview. It was very convenient.
