I absolutely love it here. I could not imagine being anywhere else! This is where I am meant to make a difference. We spend so much time as work each week, I love that I can do it at a place I love!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Any person would do drop what they are doing to help another co worker. We are a family.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That they wanted to get to know me on a more realistic personal level. They want to try to break out of the normal interview process and get to know who you really are as a person.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They ACTUALLY care about you... PERSONALLY!! They want to be a part of your life and know how you are doing and help offer advise to make your life better, smoother, happier! They are funny, genuine and down to earth.
What makes you most happy at work?
The knowledge that what I am at work directly impacts the company. I personally know the CEO and understand that my work is helping him achieve his goal of helping build great companies that provide amazing jobs for so many people!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are always forward focused and looking to continue to innovate and grow. We are scrappy and encourage figuring things out on our own to benefit ourselves and the company. The drive to learn is incredible and is promoted through our book clubs.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That I have received a raise. I feel that there are so many companies that cap you and you are never able to grow and work harder to earn more. Lift Credit encourages me to push myself. I also love that they have noticed the extra effort and help compensate.
