
I liked that is was slightly more laid back which made me feel more comfortable.
Mostly they just wanted to get to know me and see if I would be able to relate with customers and be a good culture fit for the company.

I was informed upfront that it would be a process. I liked that it started out as a low investment phone interview so we cpuld both get to know eachother and see if it was a good fit. Then i was invited in for a personal interview where i was able to meet management.
