My team is brilliant. I am fairly new but the team makes life easier. I know that I will never be alone when facing a tough situation.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked how quick the turnaround was. After my initial phone interview, I was brought in for an in-office interview and received the job at the end, on the spot.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership here is very easygoing but understands when goals and expectations need to be met. They understand that there needs to be a balance between work and play and they have found it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of the job is the relaxed culture. We deal in what can be high-stress situations but with the culture and environment, it reduces that stress and the customers are aware of that.
