What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The viewers are mostly nice, although streaming can be demeaning. The lower level management is uplifting and kind, but the higher level is disorganized.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The man on the phone was very kind when explaining what the company could offer, but soon after I was hired, management changed, he was fired, the company's name changed, as well as the payment methods.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Telling their workers when their contracts have ended and not lying about how much money they earned in a month.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I streamed for 30 hours a month expecting to be paid what the contract laid out only to be told that they had not renewed my contract, letting me waste 3 months without pay.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
