They're approachable and trying to do right for the business. A certain vulnerability and honesty from the group is welcome and refreshing.

The benefits here are easily among the best in the city. Health, dental, 401k match, commuter benefits, etc. - all top notch.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Acceptance and diversity. While other places in town might use minority employees as props, it's a genuine place of employment where we welcome diversity of thought and opinion as a means of helping us all get better.
