im there, i work. manager plays favorites. lets the favorites leave early, not help others, believes whatever they say etc. gives them undeserved raises even though they had not improved they r almost always late coming to work.

structure is not there, playing favorites hurt more then they know

it is fair. how you get there is not. big company need better pay

we put out good fresh food. they front line is welcoming. the place is clean.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
managers dont make the ones that r done with their work help others that are behind. they let them sit in the bathroom to smoke and chit chat till their day is done.
