it is fair. how you get there is not. big company need better pay
They offer almost everything a union company does
Workload is physically and mentally exhuasting especially at a location that is busy ALL DAY everyday. When one person quits, it affects EVERYONE. Frequently shortstaffed because employees are treated like a product and not a person. Managers never clean up after their own mess.
I'd like to be paid more money
I don't like the insurance y'all offer (too high), and don't get any benefits that I know of, and I've been there working over a year and haven't gotten my evaluation or a raise...
Rewards loyalty not just hours worked weekly.
Because they give into the loudest whiniest people. There is no loyalty shown for those who show loyalty to them.

Review from Operations Dept
managers dont make the ones that r done with their work help others that are behind. they let them sit in the bathroom to smoke and chit chat till their day is done.
As before, more training is needed. And they need to stop gossiping so much and help each other out instead.

Relationships with my coworkers and regular customers
Review from Operations Dept
We get a lot of phone calls daily that unfortunately can't always be answered because its too busy. Or too understaffed. Either way, all phone calls go to one phone in food-to-go and theres only one food-to-go cashier. Its impossible to answer every call. Managers should take calls sometimes.
Management is horrible and needs to be replaced
As a manager all I do is work. I have no life/work balance. As an English speaking manager, it is very difficult to manage people who don't speak English.
Review from Operations Dept
Maybe a little more relaxed, but if people were trained properly, it would run more efficiently.
