I have watched business fall due to horrible management and cry babies repeatedly get their way
Rewards loyalty not just hours worked weekly.
The fake face the manager put on
The coworkers relationships with each other
Everything from team work to organization
They need to understand the concept of teamwork
People need to work together as a whole
Management is horrible and needs to be replaced
They need to be better at reading people.
Leading by example versus do as I say not as I do
Because they give into the loudest whiniest people. There is no loyalty shown for those who show loyalty to them.
