Overall, I'd have to say it's pretty good. But I'd like more opportunity for advancement.

It may sound cliche, but it's definitely the people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not be so demanding, more patient and more thorough training.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviews are always stressful, and I'm glad when they are over.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Maybe a little more relaxed, but if people were trained properly, it would run more efficiently.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's hard work but the pay is too low. At least an extra $1-2 per hour would be more fair.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
As before, more training is needed. And they need to stop gossiping so much and help each other out instead.
