What did you like most about the interview process?
I never interviewed. I had an internship while I was in college then offered a job. Then I was helping on a project at a different location for the same company and ended up transferring there without interview.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our bonus is usually decent.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There would have to be a complete overhaul from management down. The entire place is "that's how it's always been done". There is no accountability for anyone. Some groups have much more responsibility than others but get paid less. Fair, consistent policies for pay, forced OT, promotions
