I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the recent changes in leadership at MacLean Fogg in Mundelein, IL. Unfortunately, the introduction of a new President, HR Manager, and General Manager has resulted in a significant decline in the overall work environment.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Unprofessional relationship between the HR Manager and the President is creating an uncomfortable atmosphere within the workplace. Witnessing pet names being exchanged between them, especially during town hall meetings, is highly inappropriate and creates an unprofessional work environment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I believe that a healthy work culture requires professionalism, transparency, and a supportive HR team.
